About The Practitioner

My name is Donna Street. I am a disabled veteran of the United States Air Force with an Honorable Discharge. While in the Air Force I worked as a field medic, leading to working for a private ambulance company in the civilian sector. In 2015 I graduated from Kellogg Community College with my Associates in Applied Science, earning my degree as a Paralegal. I then went on to work for a prominent attorney in Battle Creek, Michigan. In June of 2020 my husband was diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer. After many surgery and chemotherapy, we learned that his cancer diagnosis was now terminal and was given 3-5 years before his illness would take him. Less than 1 month later on July, 4, 2020, my son David who was 24, passed away in my arms. I knew something had to be done to help me emotionally and mentally. I have always had the desire to help others and I decided to look into a degree in Massage Therapy. I received my massage therapy education from Lansing Community College, graduating and earning my state license in 2022. It was during this time that I learned massage was more than a way to make the muscles feel better. Massage helps heal the mind and spirit. Knowing this I was determined to help as many people as I could to feel the relief that massage can bring. I am constantly involved in continuing education classes so that I can be as effective as possible for those I treat. I look forward to continuing to help my community by bringing awareness to the many benefits of massage.
